RISE Sports Academy is dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle among youth in Palestine. With over 1,000 participants engaged in various programs, RISE provides professional, high-quality services driven by passionate and experienced teams. Our extensive network of experts, partners, and specialized professionals allows us to offer a diverse range of high-quality programs in multiple sports and athletic fields. Basketball Programs

RISE Basketball School

  • Target Groups: School Students, Boys & Girls
  • Ages 5 - 18 years.
  • Participants: 200+


This yearly development program is open to male and female players ages 5 - 18 years. RBA curriculum is designed to help players, parents, coaches and organizations better understand the process of improvement and development.  The program focuses on on-court training, strength and conditioning, and basketball education under the direction of local and international coaches and experts.

Individual/ Groups Basketball Skills Development Program

This program is designed to help basketball players improve their basketball skills, shooting skills, and specific position skills through effective workout during the week, using professional equipment including ((Dr. Dish CT Shooting Machine) and with professional trainers.

International Basketball Skills Development Camps

Overseas training camps in collaboration with international academies. The program includes comprehensive daily basketball and strength & conditioning training with international coaches who are experts in their fields. It also ensures healthy meal plans for athletes during their stay in 5-star academies and hotels and includes playing games with international teams to enhance their competitive experience. .

Local  Basketball Skills Development Camps

Intensive local training camps designed in collaboration with top-tier coaches and specialists. The program includes daily basketball and strength & conditioning training, led by experienced local and international coaches. Athletes benefit from structured training sessions, healthy meal plans tailored for performance, and competitive games against various teams to enhance their skills and game experience

Basketball for Fun; Women’s Team Men’s Team

Clubs Teams Training

Comprehensive training program tailored for clubs teams. The program includes basketball and strength & conditioning training, led by expert coaches to enhance individual and team performance. It also focuses on tactical gameplay, skill refinement, and endurance building, ensuring athletes are prepared for high-level competition. Additionally, nutritional guidance and recovery strategies are integrated to support optimal athletic performance.

RISE Sports Summer Camps

Our multi-activity camp brings together top academies and specialized trainers, offering children a fun and educational experience while discovering their talents. With a strong focus on healthy nutrition for athletes, we teach kids the importance of fueling their bodies for sports and daily life. Committed to sustainability, we promote recycling, minimize waste, and use eco-friendly materials while raising environmental awareness. The camp also fosters personal growth by encouraging teamwork, leadership, and acceptance and respect for others.

Strength and Conditioning Program

  • Ages 11 - 18 years.
  • Participants: 30+

A wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance and to improve performance in athletic competition. They also help with injury prevention and develop the proper mechanics within an athlete's sports performances.
